Refund policy

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our antique and vintage vessels, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at genarnoldtx@gmail.com and include photos of:

• The damaged item
• The shipping box
• All packaging materials

We will review each claim individually and work with you to resolve issues resulting from shipping damage.

Vintage Wax is not responsible for damage caused by improper candle care, misuse, accidents, normal wear of vintage vessels, or damage reported more than 48 hours after delivery.
